Shipping and Returns
The shipping is made by express courier on working days within 24 hours after receipt of payment. The delivery of products will address provided by the purchaser within the time and in the way prescribed by courier (we are not liable for any courier delays).
The tracking code will be delivered by email, it is usually active within few hours. If the package was blocked or in stop we will notify you and will do everything we can to overcome the problem.
When you receive the product, please test it and inform us immediately if there will be problems and if not, we ask you to release Positive Feedback.

Our products are subject to a careful process of quality control. However, it is possible that the product may have slight imperfections because of the type of processing used.
In case you need to repair or spare parts, please contact us and we will be happy to help you, if you think to have received a defective product, please contact our Customer Service within maximum 48 hours of delivery by providing your order number, photographic documentation may be required in order to document this possibility. Once proven the manufacturing defect we will replace the item in the shortest time possible. It's important to respect these times in order to start the correct replacement procedures.
When you receive the order please remember to sign unchecked if the parcel has been clearly damaged during transit and within 24 hours contact our Customer Service by describing the possible fault or damage. It's important to respect these times in order to start the proper insurance procedures.
Custom Taxes and Duties
The customer is responsible for the payment of customs taxes and the amount is calculated according to the law applicable in the country where goods are sent. We do not know the amount of customs taxes that will be communicated to you by the courier after the goods have reached their destination or in alternaticew you can contact your customs office. In the event that the taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused or abandoned, the shipment costs and the customs taxes will be deduced from the refund and only the difference will be refunded.
The customer is protected by Italian law (Legislative Decree 15/01/92 n ° 50). Every product sold by MyItalianLeather.com undergoes a careful quality control and constant verification of the maintenance of production standards. To guarantee full customer satisfaction, every item purchased can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. The return can be expected to change product or a refund, in case of product change we will ask you the shipping cost of the replacement item. The right to cancel a purchase only applies to personal and non-commercial use. Return costs and re-import customs duties are borne by the customer. Before making a request made sure that all these conditions are present: the tag must be still attached and the seal unbroken, the product must be unused and in the same conditions as received, all original accessories, included free gifts, must be returned with the product. It is NOT possible to return: when the essential conditions of integrity of the good (box and/or its content) are missing, when the good and possible consumption materials have been used, even if only partially, when the external box and/or the original inner packaging are missing, when the integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts) are missing, when the product is damaged, if you are a company.
Customers who purchase with a VAT number as a company can not exercise the return (by law). In order to exercise the right of return the customer will have to send a registered letter with return receipt requested to the address indicated below within 30 working days from the receipt of the products ordered. The Communication can also be sent, within the same term, by telegram, telefax or email, as long as it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt requested within the following 48 hours.
The Communication will have to contain: the wish to avail oneself of the benefits granted by Legislative Decree N. 185 of 22 May 1999; the indication of the product(s) for which one avails oneself of the return right. In order to obtain a refund for the amount paid, customers will have to send back the purchased products within 3 working days from the date of our acceptation through any courier, forwarder or shipping company what they prefer.
Method of refund of amount paid: We refund the amount paid by bank transfer (or other method of payment) in the least possible amount of time and in any case within 30 days from receipt of the produtc. The refund amount refers to the price of the product returned, all shipping costs, custom duties and taxes will not be refunded. It is expressly understood that the expenses incurred to return the product will have to be paid by the customer.
